Swedish Massage

The primary goals of the Swedish massage techniques is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by using long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.


Deep Tissue Massage
The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). Uses techniques of different modalities such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu and it is combined with stretching. This advanced techniques focuses on specific areas of concern.
Lomi Lomi Massage

 Is an ancient Hawaiian healing art incorporating rhythmic movements and long forearm strokes that soothe from light to deep to realign the body, improve circulation and induce overall well-being.



Relies on the use the fingers, thumbs and palm to apply pressure to various areas of the body’s surface to help heal common ailments and conditions, and correct imbalances in the body. Pressure applied along the organs meridians on the body promotes energy flow and corrects disharmonies throughout the body.


Reflexology is a focussed pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs. Its theory is based in Tradicional Chinese Medicine.
Complementary Treatments
Is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. It has many benefits including pain relieve, reduce inflammation, increase blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.


Energy - Chakra Balancing

There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. A Chakra Balancing Session is about balancing the energy flow of each of the Chakras, after assessing where the energy is blocked or excessive.

Is a form of touch therapy that utilizes the principles of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. In acupressure, the same points on the body are used as in acupuncture, but are stimulated with finger pressure instead of with the insertion of needles.
Craniosacral Therapy
 Is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touching to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium and spinal area.
